What is Highrollers with Heart?
Highrollers with Heart is a fan-based effort administered by fans of Ace Young for fans of Ace Young to raise money for The Children's Hospital, Denver. Ace wants to help Children's reach its goal of $1.5 million to construct the Family Amenities Area, which will be part of Children's brand new state-of-the-art anchor facility on its Fitzsimons campus, scheduled to open in Fall 2007.
What is the Family Amenities Area?
The Family Amenities Area will be a "home away from home" for the families of children who are inpatients at Children's Hospital.
Why is my donation supporting FAA and not another area of the Hospital?
In April 2006, Ace's fans raised $7,777.77 in his name for Children's, place they knew to be dear to his heart and Ace himself decided to direct that money to the FAA Building Fund. Now Ace and Highrollers with Heart are committed to helping Children's reach its goal for this important and much-needed project.
Who can give?
This effort is targeted to all fans and supporters of Ace Young, also known as "Highrollers." Our reward packages are designed to give Ace's fans a little something back for their generosity, and to express Ace's gratitude for their support of this cause. Anyone who loves children, and wants to help make the FAA a reality, is welcome to give!
How do I give?
To learn more about the donation process, please visit our All About Donating section accessible from any page on this site. Once you are ready to give, click our Donate Now button, which will take you to a secure online donation form hosted by Children's. Your money goes directly and 100% to Children's, and you will immediately receive a confirmation email from them.
Will I get a tax receipt for my donation?
Your donation is tax-deductible. When you click the Donate Now button, you'll open a form that goes directly to Children's. At the end of your donation, you'll receive a confirmation by e-mail, and you'll also receive a receipt by mail from Children's.
How long will it take to receive my donor reward?
You will receive an acknowledgment of your donation from Children's right away. Personalized rewards will be sent out within 4 weeks; we need time to get your information to Ace so he can sign your gift. Rewards which offer contact between you and Ace will be scheduled for the earliest mutually convenient time. If you have any question or concern regarding the receipt of your reward, please email us.
Is this effort sanctioned by Children's and the Young family?
Absolutely. The Young Family, Ace and Children's
have assisted in developing every element of this project,
and have approved this effort every step of the way. Ace
and his family are in full support, and Children's is very
grateful for this effort.
Is this merchandise really autographed by Ace?
Yes, autographed items are signed by Ace.
