I have been an Ace fan since my mom and I started watching American Idol. I think he is the best singer. I have posters and Ace shirts. I had my mom make me a copy of his new song Scattered and I play it all the time. That is my favorite song now. I got to see Ace for the first time in Wilkes Barre but he was behind the fence. I told my mom that I wanted to see him again someday and hear him sing

My mom picked me up early from school on Thursday and said we had to go somewhere. We drove to her friends house and she said we were taking her to the airport. When we got to the airport we parked the car and then my mom told me that she had a surprise! She said we were going to see Ace in Orlando! I was so happy! I was in shock too! I couldn't believe it!
I made Ace a Christmas card when we got to Orlando. My mom also had a gift for me to give to him when I saw him. I was very nervous to meet him and didn't know if I could talk to him or give him the gift. I asked my mom if she would do it and she said yes. The next day we went to the place where we were going to meet Ace. We waited a long time. I heard some people say that Ace was coming! When I looked up I saw him from far away. He started walking closer and I couldn't believe I was seeing him. When I saw him I was a little nervous but then I thought to myself it was going to be ok because my mom said that he loved kids and I saw a picture of him and Nicholas. So I said to myself he is a really nice guy. I decided that I was going to give him the card and gift myself. So I went up to him and handed it to him. It was easy. I thought it was going to be hard to do. He said to me, You got me a gift, Thank you! I said You're welcome! He gave me a hug and my mom took our picture. I was very happy! He is really nice!
After the concert we waited outside for Ace to come out. I told my mom that I wanted to say Thank you to Ace for wearing my shirt. When he came out I went up to him. Before I could say anything to him he said to me, Briana did you see I was wearing your shirt? I said yes and Thank you. He then said to me that it was too cool, he had to wear it! I was so happy! I got another picture with him! He is very nice!
This was the best trip ever! It was better than going to Disney World the next day. Meeting Ace was my favorite part of the whole weekend!
